Click the "Register" button on the login page and fill out the registration form with your practice information. Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

We accept STL, PLY, OBJ files and DICOM CT scans (ZIP). For best results , we recommend STL files exported at high resolution from your intraoral scanner.

Note: 3Shape DCM files are not directly supported due to proprietary encryption. Please export to STL or PLY from 3Shape software before uploading.

Our lab operates Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Customer support is available during these hours via phone and email.

Standard turnaround times vary by product:
  • Crown & Bridge: 5-7 business days
  • Full Arch: -14 business days
  • Removables: 7-10 business days
  • Surgical Guides: 3-7 business days
Rush services are available for an additional fee.

Log into your portal account and navigate to "My Cases" to view the status of all your orders. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view tracking details directly in the portal.

No. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfers, and net-30 terms for qualified accounts. You can manage your payment methods in the Settings section of your portal.

All invoices are available in your portal under the "Invoices" section. You can view, download, and print invoices at any time. Invoice notifications are also sent via email when a case is completed.

For best results, we recommend exporting your scan files and uploading them directly through our portal. This ensures file integrity and seamless processing on our end.

You can easily verify the status of your submission by logging into your account portal. All uploaded files will be visible for review, download, and confirmation.

Cases may be temporarily placed on hold if additional information or clarification is required. You can view the specific reason directly within the portal under the case status or review section.

Once a project is released, the CAD data has been finalized and shared with your office. This allows you to import the file into your design software (such as Exocad) for further adjustments or review if needed.

Several factors can impact seating accuracy, including:

  • MUA components not being fully torqued or becoming loose after scanning
  • Incomplete seating of scan bodies due to soft tissue interference or positioning issues
  • Print or fabrication inaccuracies requiring re-evaluation
  • Excessive divergence of implant angulation, which can affect the path of insertion

When issues arise, a repeat scan or digital comparison often helps identify and resolve the root cause quickly.

For most zirconia and e.max restorations, our standard turnaround is approximately 5 business days in-lab, depending on case complexity.
