Winter Weather Policy and Case Delivery

A reminder of how we handle winter weather closures.

If Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools close for weather, our courier routes are suspended for that day and cases ship by carrier instead. Production continues — the lab stays open unless conditions make it unsafe for our staff.

Due dates affected by a closure are adjusted automatically and you will see the revised date in the portal. Urgent cases can still be arranged; call us directly rather than emailing.
