Pickup Schedule Change for Mecklenburg County

Effective August 3, our Mecklenburg County courier route shifts to an earlier afternoon window.
New pickup window: 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM (previously 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM)
The change lets us get same-day cases into production before second shift. Practices outside the county are unaffected. If the earlier window creates a problem for your schedule, contact us and we will arrange an alternative.
